Do your skincare products have a specific shelf life?
Our products have a shelf-life of 6 months to 1 year, though they haven’t been sitting on our shelves. All of our products are hand-made fresh weekly, in small batches to ensure superior quality.

Are your skincare products safe?
Since we have not submitted our products to an actual lab for testing (due to the prohibitive costs associated), we are required by the FDA to inform you that, “the safety of this product has not been determined”. 21 cfr 740.10. However, you may rest assured that we have personally used at least one item from each batch on each and every member of our family . So far, we don’t glow in the dark and haven’t grown a second head, lol. We can honestly say that we’ve never been cleaner, smelled better, or had happier, softer skin in our lives.

Will your products cure this or help that?
We cannot make any claims about our product curing anything without undergoing FDA testing and that product being classified as a drug (thus raising the price tremendously).  However, what we can do is help educate you on common uses of many natural ingredients. In the end, we want you to make informed decisions for whatever purchases you make.

How are your skincare products preserved?
The majority of our product line does not require preservatives. However, we use a combination of Natural antioxidants to maintain the integrity of the oils/butters used in our products. Our Body wash is preserved with a blend of botanical extracts to provide natural antimicrobial activity.

Will your skincare products melt in shipping?
Our Body butters may soften during shipping in warmer weather. The quality of the product will not be affected. Upon receiving a product that has been affected by the heat simply place it in the refrigerator for a short time. Some settling may occur in the Whipped Shea Butter if the product has melted in transit.

Do you ship outside of the U.S? No, not at this time.

Essential Oil vs Fragrance Oil?
We scent our skincare products with 100% pure essential oils in most of our formulations, with the exception of a few must-have high quality fragrance oils. Essential Oils are extracted from plants, and are used for the aromatherapy and therapeutic effects.

What is your skincare products return policy?
Due to the nature of our products we are unable to accept returns. Please contact us with product inquiries so that we may be sure that you are satisfied with your purchase. We’re here to help.

Are your skincare products tested on animals?
None of our products are tested on animals, just on humans. They are all vegetable-based, plant based, natural products free from chemicals or petroleum-based detergents and any animal by-products.

How will I know what ingredients are being used in my products?
The ingredients for every product is listed on most of our product packaging and all are listed on this website.

Are your skincare products only for women?
Not at all. Our products are purchased from women and men alike.  Our customers include those who regularly use our Body butters to help heal their work-damaged hands.

Are any of your skincare products available unscented?
A portion of our products are prepared with dry ingredients and have  only natural fragrance derived in nature.  All of our other products are available unscented. Custom orders are available and at no additional cost.

Do you do custom orders?
Please contact us to discuss the possibility of a custom order. We would be delighted to hear your ideas and happy to make smaller product sizes for special event favors.

How is my personal information handled? Your personal information is protected by our secure check-out process. In addition, under no circumstances will any of your personal information be shared with a third party.

What about packaging?
We do everything we can to make sure our products  arrives safely at their destination. The items are securely wrapped and shipped to you in Appropriate postal packaging.

Our website is packed with valuable information. However, if you still need assistance, please feel free to contact us directly through the website. We will work diligently to provide you with a response within 24 hours (typically instantly). We can also be reached at 321.914.5507. However, due to the heavy production schedule, please allow up to 48 hours for a response. What if I have allergies?
If you have any allergies, please read our ingredient list thoroughly. Some products DO feature ingredients such as essential oils. If you have any uncertainty, please feel free to contact us for clarification. If you experience any irritation, discontinue use right away!

How long will it take for me to receive my items?
We ship individual customer orders within 3 business days of your received payment. All orders are shipped via USPS. First Class Mail or Priority Mail, depending on weight. Orders will be Shipped within 3 business days of cleared payment (unless there is a special circumstance) This means your items should arrive within a week.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal. It is easy to use, and you can use it to pay with all major credit cards.

Do You Charge Sales Tax?
The sales tax is applied based on your shipping address.

Is the item in the picture the actual item I will be receiving?
The pictures are  of the piece(s) you are purchasing.

Product Guarantee
I guarantee my work for the life of the piece. All jewelry is GUARANTEED to be free from defects in craftsmanship and materials on delivery. If it should fail for any reason other than normal wear or accident, I will repair and return it to you, you just pay shipping & handling.
Should the jewelry fail, and examination reveals it was due to negligence on my part I will repair or replace the item at no additional cost.

What materials are used in your handmade jewelry?
All materials are alloy free Copper, Brass, Gold, Natural gemstones and Raw elements from Nature.

How do I care for my handmade jewelry?

You should remove your jewelry 1) before strenuous activities (e.g., weight training), 2) before swimming or using a hot tub, 3) before using bleach or household chemicals, and 4) before bathing or washing hands. Keep your jewelry in an airtight container (muslin bag received with purchase) as this will deter tarnishing.  I will enclose an anti-tarnish paper in each order to maintain your jewelrys natural appearance. A polishing cloth is ok to use on your jewelry.

What is your Return Policy?

If you receive your piece(s) and are not completely satisfied with it you may return it for full a refund minus any shipping and handling fees within 2 weeks of purchase. Custom orders are not returnable since they are made to your specifications and, therefore, may not be saleable to another customer. However, custom orders are guaranteed to match the design you approve in materials, size, and shape.
